Although Danny does permit the usage of his images, the following guidelines must be met since these are copyrighted works of art by Mr. Hahlbohm and international publishers. 1) If you desire to use the image in creating other forms (ie. buttons, backgrounds, banners, etc.,) they must be cleared first by Mr. Hahlbohm himself to insure the integrity of his work. Usually this is not a problem, most people share the same respect for the work as we do and have actually created some fine works themselves. 2) The image is to be displayed at your site only. Permission for use is not granted for others to download off your site. They also will need to have permission as yourself for such usage.Those distribution rights remain solely with the artist. 3) A notice of "Copyright by Danny Hahlbohm.
